Niklas Amundson’s art are inspired of his great love to marine theme which also has become his specific signature and are included in all his work. The idea of the Gallery of Flags are inspired of his worldwide traveling at sea. Amundson is unique when he conjoins the flag and the handwritten national anthem, that he paints in the background.
Every country has its own history and the common denominators is the flag. The flag is the trademark of each nation. Therefore the flags became a matter of course when Amundson wanted to take his work of arts to a new level.
